OUTDOOR

Wrap around 2-level porch: Hot tub, grill, plenty of outdoor furniture.
Community: Indoor, outdoor seasonal pool, mini golf, waterfall. We provide mini golf clubs, need to provide your own golf balls. Please bring back the golf clubs with you.

Linens and towels are provided. We provide a starter supply of body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish pods, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and coffee and coffee creamer. You may need additional supplies if staying more than a couple of days.

RENTAL TERMS

Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $300.00$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 5 days after stay if there is no damage.

SECURITY

Front door motion sensitive Ring camera with view of the parking and front entrance! We use camera for security during check in and check out times and if there is concern for noise or rule violation!

SAFETY

Bears endemic in the area and have been sighted near the cabin! Please use bear precautions.

CANCELATION

Cancelation: Please refer to your cancelation policy + $100 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Getting Trip Insurance is highly recommended.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
