Please note the loft does not have a door and overlooks the living room below with light from large upper windows in the living room.
LOWER LEVEL:
Let the games begin in the lively game room with Air hockey, Pool table 🎱, theater room and arcade games. Take a dip in the private indoor pool 💦, or step onto the deck to relax in the hot tub.
With seasonal mountain views and endless amenities, this home is your ultimate mountain escape!

Note: The pool is heated to 83 degrees throughout the year. It will feel room temperature rather than warm. For a warmer experience, we also have a separate hot tub available.

RENTAL TERMS

Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $500.00$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 7 days after stay if there is no damage.

☆ CANCELATION POLICY ☆

Please refer to your cancelation policy + $150 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Getting Trip Insurance is highly recommended.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
